Onsite Homeschool Flow

Yoga can support the health and wellness of homeschooled students, while meeting PE credit requirements. Research suggests that just 5 minutes of yoga can improve mental health. Yoga classes for students incorporate breathing, music, yoga postures and stretching, and relaxation, which benefit students both psychologically and physiologically. Get moving with an enriching and non-competitive class for all levels and abilities. For ages 12+ and a great opportunity for parents to attend with your student and connect with each other.

How it works:

I will come to your location weekly (or at an interval of your choosing), we just need a space large enough for the number of participants attending. Just wear clothes you can move in, a water bottle, and a yoga mat or large towel.
