Onsite Office Yoga

Yoga is a great way for office workers to relax, relieve stress, and reduce pain. Many studies show that yoga helps improve mental health as well as physical wellbeing. Yoga also reduces the risk of heart disease, improves breathing capacity, and strengthens muscles alongside flexibility. These are all important factors when it comes to working at a desk all day.

How it works-

I will meet with you weekly (or interval of your choosing) at your office. We just need an area large enough for the number of attendees. A conference room or lobby area will work.

Sequences are specifically designed to create mental clarity and efficiency, as well as alleviate chronic symptoms that occur from sitting.

Employees walk away from this experience feeling refreshed and recharged. They will be more creative and efficient at the work they do right after.
