A guide to the most common yoga poses and how to adjust them for your body.
This course is broken into five Modules and inside each module are lessons breaking down the mechanics of poses. I have put the poses into the modules grouped by categories starting with the Foundation Poses in Module 1. Each Lesson in this module covers a pose with variations and how you can adjust for your body. You'll continue on into Module 2 with Warrior Poses. Each Module is meant to build upon the next with each lesson increasing your understanding of how your body moves. They also follow a pattern of what many yoga flows will have as their building blocks from beginning to end.
My goal for this course is to help free you from the intimidation of yoga, show that you can do this, and give you the knowledge and confidence to join any class.
