Master the Basics- Beginner Yoga Pose Series
This is an event series

In this 6-week course you will learn the most commonly used yoga poses and what the proper alignment is and how you can achieve the posture with your body. Each week we will focus on a specific set of poses, the modifications that can be made, and how props can be used. My goal is to give you the knowledge to be able to follow an instructor without falling behind, and confidence to attend a yoga class without intimidation.
